Mr. Burrell has recently aligned his private consulting business with GPM. He retired after a 33 year Federal career, including three years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and 30 years at the United States Department of Justice where he was in a Senior Executive Service position for 16 of those years. He retired as the Director of the Facilities and Administrative Services Staff at the headquarters of the DOJ. He also established and was the first Director of the Office of Asset Management at the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. Mr. Burrell brings a detailed knowledge of an agency's perspective to satisfying their unique procurement needs. |
